Ikuti langkah-langkah:

1. Download JL_Cmder

2. Hubungkan telepon anda ke PC menggunakan kabel USB yang datang dengan itu.

3. Jalankan JL_Cmder dan pilih opsi 2 (event log)

4. Gulir ke bagian bawah log dan mencari "JVM Error 102." Baris sebelum ini akan memberitahukan anda apa file yang menyebabkan kesalahan. Mungkin terlihat seperti ini. Simpan nama file, Anda akan memerlukannya nanti.

5. Go to Start> Run, dan ketik "cmd" kemudian tekan Enter.

6. Ubah direktori ke folder instalasi JL_Cmder.
misalnya, ketik: cd "C: Program Files JL_Cmder " dan tekan enter

7. Ketik perintah berikut untuk menghapus file yang menyinggung:

javaloader.exe-u-f menghapus FILENAME

mana FILENAME adalah nama. cod file.

8. Putuskan telepon anda dari PC Anda dan restart itu.

Ini mungkin bukan solusi permanen, tetapi setidaknya harus membiarkan anda boot up Blackberry Anda sehingga Anda dapat membuat cadangan semua data sebelum menginstal ulang semuanya.

- Bagaimana Cara Memyelamatkan BlackBerry Yang Mati Suri?

1. Apakah disaat BB tersebut tidak mau start up, LED diposisi kanan atas menyala? Apabila iya menyala, maka BlackBerry anda sebenarnya kemungkinan masih bisa diselamatkan.

2. Kondisi seperti itu akan menyebabkan data-data di BlackBerry anda menjadi hilang apabila di upgrade OS. Usahakan agar selalu membackup BlackBerry anda minimal seminggu sekali untuk berjaga-jaga apabila terjadi kasus BB hang, crash dll sehingga tidak panik apabila data-data anda hilang

3. Sebelumnya lepaskan batere dari BlackBerrynya. Jangan dipasang lagi, tetapi pastikan batere mempunyai daya minimal 20%. Gunakan fasilitas Loader wizard untuk mengupgrade BB nya. Letaknya ada di “C - program - Files - Common FilesResearch In Motion - AppLoader “ lalu cari File Loader.exe

4. Jalankan file Loader.exe, lalu konek BB anda ke PC, tanpa menggunakan batere. Ketika disuruh memilih PIN BB yang terkonek di PC, maka BB anda akan terlihat “PIN: Unknown”. Apabila terlihat “PIN: Unknown” pasang segera Batere BB nya lalu klik next sehingga proses upgrade OS berjalan sampai selesai

Sebenarnya kondisi seperti ini bisa terjadi dan masih ada kemungkinan untuk diselamatkan. Tetapi apabila kondisinya:
> LED di pojok kanan atas tidak menyala atau tidak blinking
> Ketika dikonekan ke USB, tidak mendetect PIN BB sama sekali.
Maka satu-satunya cara bawalah BB anda ke tempat service BB langganan Anda . Kemungkinan bisa disebabkan oleh Hardware dimana harus di cek oleh teknisi yang ahli.

Bagi yg sering alami  ввm™ nyangkut, seolah2 ada pesan  ввm™ masuk tp di liat tdk ada…

Neh caranya :

1. Hilangkan contact  ввm™ yg pernah di ignored, caranya : masuk di OPTIONS  ввm™ cari IGNORED CONTACT, lalu klik EDIT, lalu centang semua, lalu di OK. (Bagi yg ga pernah ignored contact, abaikan langkah ini !!!)

2. Setelah itu, tekan ALT L G L G, lalu CLEAR LOG, lalu jawab YES. Lalu matikan  km, cabut batreinya, lepas kartu sim nya.
Setelah itu pasang lagi batrei nya tanpa kartu sim. Biarkan  mu loading tanpa kartu sim. Setelah itu masuk di  ввm™, akan keliatan apa penyebab nyangkut nya pesan  ввm™ yg ga keliatan itu.

3. Lalu matikan  mu. Cabut batreinya. Baru pasang kartu sim, lalu pasang batrei nya lagi. Di jamin 1000% akan normal kembali  ввm™ km…

- Saat mengetik (email, bbm. etc) trus ingin menampilkan tanggal & hari sekarang? ketik LD (london delta) lalu tekan space

- Memisahkan SMS dgn Email: Messages - Menu - Options - General Options - ke “SMS and Email Inboxes” pilih Separate

- Informasi PIN - IMEI - VendorID - FreeMem - Versi OS - etc. Dari Homescreen, pencet tombol “ALT” - “NUM / Aa / Cap” - “H” bersamaan

- Lihat PIN biar cepat - Kalau lagi di message atau di tempat yg bisa ketik (bbm, ym, dll), tulis aja mypin lalu tekan space.

- Lihat OS biar cepat - Kalau lagi di message atau di tempat yg bisa ketik (bbm, ym, dll), tulis aja myver lalu tekan space.

- Blackberry hang dan ingin melakukan restartPencet tombol “ALT” + “NUM / Aa / Cap yang posisi tombolnya sebelah Kanan” + “DEL” secara bersamaan

- Cek blackberry kena IT policy atau tidak (new or second)- Buka menu : Options + Status + ketik “BUYR”- Perhatikan baris “Data Usage” dan “Voice Usage”- Kalau kena IT Policy, tulisannya akan ada “IT Policy”- Kalau tidak kena IT Policy, tulisannya akan menunjukkan jumlah pemakaian si BB- Kalau blackberry yang baru har...usnya sih 0 semua, tp ternyata angka ini bisa direset

- Status blackberry locked or unlocked- Buka menu : Options + Advanced Options + Sim Card + ketik “MEPD”- Nanti akan muncul baris2 baru- BB yang statusnya unlocked, akan berstatus “Disabled” semuanya

- Cara Merubah Email Signature Pada BlackBerry

Bagi Anda yang pebisnis maupun yang hanya sekedar iseng, merubah signature tentu menjadi pilihan setelah mempunyai BlackBerry. Standarnya, signature yang muncul adalah signature bawaan dari provider yang digunakan.

Bagi yang bingung, signature adalah sederetan kalimat atau tanda tangan yang muncul di akhir pesan email yang otomatis muncul setiap saat mengirim/membalas email. Ini bisa berfungsi sebagai tanda pengenalan diri (identitas) maupun promosi terhadap website Anda.

Caranya mudah:

1. Masuk ke folder Setup
2. Pilih Email Settings (Jika muncul Login, maka isi username dan password anda)
3. Pilih email yang sudah ada misal yahoo, klik Menu BB dan pilih Edit
4. Geser ke bawah, dan pada kolom Signature, rubah sesuai keinginan
5. Jangan lupa klik save
6. Akan diminta password email untuk konfirmasi, silahkan masukkan password email Anda
7. Kini signature Anda sudah berubah, silahkan berpromosi-ria

- Tips jika BlackBerry suka lemot

HH lemot, jam pasir, dan sulit mengakses situs tentu adalah keadaan yg kita tidak harapkan.
Hal ini terjadi, salah satunya karena banyaknya file ‘sampah’ di memory device kita.
Penyebabnya :
☑ Conversation yang tidak ditutup (BBM, YM, Gtalk, dll.)
☑ Memori ‘history’ di browser yg jarang dihapus
☑ Memori ‘log event’
☑ Aplikasi yg dibuka bersamaan terlalu banyak, dll.
Solusinya paling tidak ada 5 cara :
1. Cache Cleaning: Masuk ke browser —► Tekan logo  —► Pilih Options —► Pilih Cache Operations —► Tekan ke 4 tombol clear —► Selesai
2. Event Log Cleaning Homescreen —► Tekan tombol ALT (tahan) —► Tekan huruf L-G-L-G (secara berurutan) —► Tekan Logo  —► Pilih clear log —► Delete —► Selesai
3. Memory Cleaner Options —► Security Options —► Memory Cleaning —► Status disabled diubah menjadi enabled —► Perhatikan 4 baris dibawah menu memory cleaning, terdapat tulisan ’show icon on home screen’ tekan dan ubah ‘no’ menjadi ‘Yes’ —► Tekan tombol return (panah memutar) lalu save changes —► Kembali ke ‘homescreen’ dan cari ikon baru memory cleaner (iconnya mirip gambar printer) —► klik —► selesai
4. Soft Reset Tekan bersamaan tombol Alt – Caps/tombol aA (sebelah kanan dekat tombol sym) – tombol del —► selesai —►  akan restart (kalo di PC/Laptop dikenal dng istilah reboot)
5. Hard Reset Biasa dikenal pula dengan istilah cabut bateray.
Tindakan ini dilakukan u/ memastikan bahwa tidak ada lagi energi/daya listrik yang tertinggal. Biarkan selama minimal 3 menit kemudian pasang kembali bateray.
